What Does a Behavior Technician (BT) Actually Do?
As a BT/RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with children (usually in their homes) to help them develop communication, social, daily living skills, and reduction of challenging behaviors. You’ll be part of a care team that’s changing lives, one skill at a time.

What You’ll Need to Get Started

- 🎂 Must be at least 18 years old
